Absolutely awful experience 😡😡 my wife has been in tears they didn’t listen to the instructions they were given - a tidy up and trim - returned my poor dog pretty much shaved. Any one with even a rudimentary knowledge of grooming should know you never shave a dog with a double coat!!! His tail has been cut way too short and his ears haven’t even been touched. Got my money back but the damage has been done. If it were possible to leave no stars I would. Disgraceful 😡
