I found the receptionist very rude and arrogant I booked a blood test admiittily I was out of my area I booked it here has I work locally and it was easier for me to get my blood test without booking a day of work.i was made to feel a true outcast I was told I shouldn't have booked here the receptionist was so arrogant and rude even when I had my blood test the lady was also arrogant stating why am I having my blood test here after I had my blood test she stated it will take six weeks to get the results and in future don't book a test out of your area .if these people don't want to give customer service they should look elsewhere for a job

Had an x-ray on 3/2. We were late as the satnav misdirected us. I tried to ring to let them know but it kept cutting off. However when we arrived the male receptionist was great and we went through. I was seen quite quickly and i felt reassured about my condition. Minus 1 star for the phones.

Plenty of free parking, appointment was on time, the phlebotomist was lovely, as was the receptionist. 1st class all round, and I always choose this clinic whin I need a blood test because of those reasons. Keep up the good work 👏
