I cannot recommend Billericay Self Storage highly enough. Ed the owner always has time to discuss options and will always go the extra mile to be helpful. I've been using this facility for over 4 years and can honestly say that every member of staff is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If you live in the Billericay area and you need storage, you won't do better than to give Billericay Self Storage a ring.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. I have dealt with both Elliot & Kerry and both have treated me with kindness, patience, respect and understanding. They are so helpful and will always go above and beyond for customers. I cannot thank them enough and wouldn’t use anywhere else. 10000% recommend and truly do not have one bad word to say about the storage place, the people and the service I have experienced. Terrible service. Discriminated for wanting the 8 week 50% rate after already having this with another company. This is not a professional way of dealing with a situation. As soon as they knew I was moving my stuff every 8 weeks to make use of the local intro rates (which is legitimate), they made excuses and after telling me they had availability, all of a sudden they had no availability (which I am sure they will respond with the ever changing real time availability). I had a friend call up to enquire if they had any units available and they did. I also phoned the next morning to book the room and everything was going fine until they heard my name, and then again, they said "oh Ill have to get back to you and check availability" (again despite me having a friend check this AFTER the call) Lies. I would have respected them more if they told me the truth. You cant offer a service of 50% off for 8 weeks if actually it is conditional - but yet their conditions are not specified - this is discrimination. Firstly they suggested they were the cheapest within a 5 mile radius, when questioned on this because I had just received 8 weeks for cheaper down the road with MAKESPACE they couldnt "price match" and then said they hope I find an alternative solution - which basically meant, we would rather give it to someone who is going to stay for more than 8 weeks. MAKESPACE were much more professional and an overall better customer experience from the start. They knew about me changing in 8 weeks and understood the circumstances, makes them the better and more genuine business every time.
