would highly highly recommend Billericay orthodontics!! As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists I have always happily walked into Billericay orthodontics and never been scared- the staff are all so so so lovely and welcoming and definitely put anyone at ease who is just like me. I have just finished my 2 and a half year journey, came in back in March 2020 with a huge overbite and very wonky teeth and after a year of twin blocks and a year and a half of braces I can now say I am so happy with my new smile! I will miss coming to Billericay orthodontics every 6 weeks haha! I cannot thank Dr Singh enough for everything (and of course all the other lovely staff) I am so so so so so so pleased with my new smileš Harriet x

I've had a fantastic experience with this practice. Dr Singh provided me with excellent care throughout my treatment and the results surpass my expectations. The nursing and reception staff were always friendly and professional. Even through this unprecedented time, the practice seemed to continue to operate smoothly whilst also adhering to the relevant covid safety measures.

I had adult orthodontics with Billericay orthodontics starting treatment in 2017 and finishing late last year. The surgery is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and nice to deal with. I was very comfortable at all my appointments and they were handled efficiently and on time. Unfortunately Iām really unhappy with my final result and actually wish I had never had treatment. I donāt necessarily blame this on the practice but this is my experience. If you are an adult seeking treatment for cosmetic reasons only I caution you to be very sure this is what you want. I feel I was unaware and unprepared for the side effects of adult braces. In my opinion my teeth do not fit together as well as they did before, my bite feels off, I have root shortening (apparently a know side effect of orthodontics), I have black triangles in my gum line (a side effect of adult orthodontics), the surface of my teeth is no longer smooth and cosmetically the result is not what I expected. Possibly my expectations were too high, but yours may be too. Billericay orthodontics are continuing to support me at this time. One thing to be aware of though is that your orthodontist will not be available at the practice every day of the week, in my experience only one day, and unscheduled appointments will not always be possible at convenient times to fit around work.

Prof Lee went on to propose and fully explain to me a course of treatment which I immediately felt confident to accept. I was introduced by my Acer Dentist in Basildon to Billericay Orthodontics who are the most mastering orthodontics of the region. The first impression which is the most important was when I heard the voice of a receptionist, she is ms Alison, who is very good at listen, friendly and very helpful, made my day. My teeth were terribly crooked and I was reluctant to get it done for 32 years before I met Dr Lee in Billericay. When I met the Dr Lee, I not only felt very comfortable but also confident to get my teeth done in Billericay Orthodontics by his integrity and professional competence. During the treatment over years, I always received the due cares of the whole team (receptionists, nurses, and Dr). In addition, choosing my treatment at Billericay Orthodontics, I was also able to choose to pay in installments over the period, this helped me control my own financial budget very well and easily, not pressure, but very relaxing. Finally the happiness is not at a good ending result but it is a happy feeling progress from the day my treatment started until the day the treatment ended and that was what I have had with B.O. So I would recommend my friends or any potential customers who are still reluctant or wondering about who would be good orthodontics for them and their teeth. They are Billericay Orthodontics I am sure by my own experience. I will still miss them whenever I smile to the world with my pride because my teeth are beautiful in lines. At the end of my NHS orthodontic treatment (at a different practise), when my braces were removed I was left with a lot of glue all over my teeth that had stained them. I went to see Professor Lee at Billericay specialist orthodontic practise and he completely removed all the glue that someone else had left behind, and that my own dentist could not remove. I am really happy with the result, as the discolouration caused by the glue had been bothering me and affecting my confidence. Thank you!
