UPDATE 28/04/23 Megan (The Practice Manager) took the time out to contact me about the issues I had experienced and this goes a long way with me. In the spirit of fairness, I am therefore updating my latest review. I am also pleased to state that following on from being added onto the hygienist’s priority list, true to Grace’s word (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong), I was able to see the hygienist much sooner than my original appointment; in fact, just 2 day later and there was a weekend in between! Although not a cheap service, Brad did an EXCELLENT job of getting my teeth back to their very best and offered some great advice regarding oral care. I feel my hygienist’s appointment was money well spent. I wish the practice well with their expansion plans too 😊
