Excellent Service. I always think you get the best impression of a company when there is a problem. We had issues with our kitchen vinyl, that was fitted 3 years ago, discolouring after a reaction with the floor surface underneath. Although the manufacturers would not honour the 10 year guarantee as it was due to local issues Bill Whyte’s were very helpful. We came to an amicable agreement on a replacement floor and they have done an excellent job in fitting it into a difficulty shaped room.
