Excellent dining experience as always. All the staff are brilliant, especially Julee, who was serving us on this occasion. Salmon mouse was probably the nicest thing I've eaten in a long time, Santorini salad was to die for and the Strawberry/basil Eaton mess delicious. I'm also now quite partial to Bill's cider! My partner had Bill's burger, and enjoyed it very much. Will be back soon, thank you.
