Excellent food. Faye was fantastic, we brought to her attention an allergy to raw onions, not only did she made sure our food was ok, but also offered to get the chefs to make one of sauces with and without onions. Fantastic customer care. Next time we’re in Southampton Bills will be our place to go for lunch

concerned I will never go back there I went there with my friends and family I went to paid cash from my food No thank you card only they have updated their payment methods Gave the staff £10 in tips The company has decided they don't want people with cash So I think I will never go back there again my my legal rights have been taken away has been taken away I emailed them back basically told me badger off If you want to pay cash there try and complain get a little smile and saying no so I say no to them now

Waitress was a bit sarky. Not just with me but with a couple of other people I saw her serve. Steak may as well have been a flat, chewy, stringy burger patty and the pepper sauce I paid 1.75 extra for was the stingey-est tiny amount. Chips come in a straight container, but in a cone shape paper thing - giving you far less chips. I mean, aside from the terrible steak, the main thing that comes to mind is just stingey. Proper stingey. And there’s no need for it. Plus note: Good for people with allergies!
