This is the first Bill’s I’ve ever been to and it’ll soon be my fifth. The service here is amazing, staff are very helpful and welcoming. They put in the effort to look out for their customers. The seating here is really comfortable, though it can be quite difficult to see when seated downstairs as the lights are so dim. The food has been hit and miss sometimes however. The burger was quite bland and not hot at all, despite eating in. And although the pancakes here are usually fluffy and delicious, I've had some here that were rock hard. However there was a grilled chicken dish which was very good, a smoked salmon dish I had during breakfast, and the desserts are really nice. And the drinks here are amazing, I recommend the Coconut Matcha or the Golden Latte. I am coming back to this place because I know which dishes to pick, and the service and atmosphere is lovely so I am looking forward to my next visit.

Wouldn't accommodate swapping out the egg in their all day breakfast for something I can actually eat (change of company policy, apparently). So you get a poor rating, and no future custom from me. Not that it matters, because your business is clearly booming to a point whereby you'd prefer only people without allergies to walk through the door. 😁
