    I’d go as far as to say better than the Bills Cardiff Central. We had a pre-show meal here, sat outside on a lovely sunny evening. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food is always good. It’s perfect if your visiting Cardiff Bay. Or a 20min walk to the principality. If you want something that is a bit quieter and out of the centre I would highly recommend

    Great food, lovely air conditioning on the hottest day of the year so far, nice friendly staff. Unfortunately it was a Monday and they had run out of sirloin steak after a busy weekend, so i went for the bbq burger instead, it wouldn’t of been my normal choice as i love my steak when i go out, but i can honestly say it was real tasty. Well done Bill’s. My wife had the fish pie and she was impressed, what more can i say, we will eat here again.

    Polite helpful service, food was delicious and hot. Coffee was full of flavour (unlike most other establishments where I normally order an expresso to add taste to my black coffee) on this occasion. I am very happy to say this was not needed with my Americano. Will definitely be returning! Parking: Car park almost directly opposite.

    On getting home I found that an 'optional' service charge of 12.5% had been added. I was not asked if this was ok. A terrible shame because the service and food were good. Bill's management must be clearer with their team that 'optional' means optional! Asking the customer if they would like to have a service charge added to the bill is good customer care. I was going to give this a 5 star review but it's now only a 3.
