We had a traditional English breakfast which was really tasty. We also liked the interior of the café, especially the wallpaper in the toilets! 😀 (Original) Wir waren am 09.06.2023 auf unserer Fahrt von Dover nach Newcastle, in Canterbury, im Bill's frühstücken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unsere Bedingung wahr ein richtiger Sonnenschein. Wir hatten ein traditionelles englisches Frühstück, was echt lecker war. Auch die Einrichtung des Café hat uns gefallen, vor allem die Tapete in den Toiletten! 😀

Let me start by saying the food was great. The Chicken shawarma was excellent and would recommend. However my partner order a passion fruit martini which was dreadful and tasted as if parts of the drink were missing. We politely asked the return the drink and were treated poorly from that point. The drink was not cheap but the waiter became slow and unresponsive with a very dismissive attitude which contrasted sharply with the initial friendly demeanour. We were nothing but friendly when returning the drink and did not blame the staff at all but this was simply a poor experience from that point on.
