AMAZING! Arrived in Winchester on a Friday evening ready to set off on the South Downs Way on Saturday, only to find out that one of our bikes has lost a disc pad. Contact BikeX and they open the shop at 9pm that evening and fix the brakes. Chapeau to you BikeX :-)

I was on a food cycle delivery when one of my cranks was becoming too loose and almost falling off. The young lad in the store saw me outside and came out and helped me out, giving me a washer and a tighten up in various places free of charge! Made my day, great service! Recommend

I recommend BikeX' repair service without any limitations; they fixed both my brakes, changed one cable and cleaned my chain within minutes whilst being extremely friendly and giving good free advice! I expected to pay way more than 10 pounds and was able to cycle home with a fully functioning bike, cannot thank them enough!

I am just back from the shop having had my dad's old Brompton bike fixed. The staff are handy and extremely friendly, going above and beyond what I expected. As such, I'm more than happy with the service I received. I say come here instead of your usual bike store; it's the best I've been to.

I'd already spoken to the shop about replacing a chain ring and they suggested I come in to make sure I get the right one. When I got there Abdul suggested I wait until the spring before replacing it as it has enough life to get through the winter. Really sound advice! And when I chatted about my sticky rear brake he suggested a few things and I asked about fitting a new inner cable, which he said he could do there and then! Amazing service, super friendly and very passionate about bikes. Lovely guys, I'm definitely going to use them again.
