While riding my e-bike one day I was rear-ended in an accident, resulting in a significantly damaged rear wheel. I took the bike to BikeStart to enquire about a repair and was put in touch with Bob. A new rim was ordered and in a couple of weeks the repair was complete - the team was very economical resulting in a much cheaper repair cost than I expected. Shortly after the repair, I enquired about a problem with the gearing system which I noticed even before the accident. I brought the bike over and Bob performed a repair on the spot while keeping me informed. There was an issue during testing after the initial repair so Bob presented me with a couple of options based on speed and parts availability - in the end, the remaining issue was fixed on the spot and I was left satisfied. I would highly recommend BikeStart - the team is friendly and knowledgeable, the service is high quality and competitively priced, and surplus funds go to a charity which helps disadvantaged young people.

This was the 2nd time we have used bike start. The 1st time they serviced our E bikes and this time two normal bikes. They also collected and delivered and found us some 2nd hand decent locks . Really delighted with both services. The bikes both felt different after having been through the hands of somebody who knew what they were doing And a really good price. Highly recommended.

I found the bike on Ebay, at a great price. I bought my son a Specialized rockhopper mountain bike and Aldershot is local for me. It's been a fews days so far and my son loves the bike. The bike feels tight and well refurbished. Great service and excellent quality.
