    5 STARS! Great service from Steve, start to finish. Enquired about finance on a bike online, and within a few hours I was on the way to becoming a happy biker (again). I didn't really need to contact them too much, as they kept me in the loop all the way through, however when I did have a question, a response was received in a few hours. The whole process, from choosing the bike to riding it home took about a week and a half, as it had to go through its various checks before being passed on (brand new bike), and that was all explained when I went in to sign paperwork at the start. All on all, great service from Steve and Bike Treads, and I'll definitely be going back for any further biking needs, including services and MOT's etc. Recommended to anyone.

    Service department has seriously gone down hill since moving to their new building, unless your buying a new bike from them they seen uninterested & one chap on the desk was outrightly rude when asked a simple question. Needless to said I won't be taking my sons bike there again. Martin Not my bike it was my sons you had for a service, MOT & investigation of unknown noise. After completing a full service & mot with a bill of just over £400 your company was uninterested in further investigation of the noise until around October 2023 with a comment of we're looking at £1000 before you even think about parts, when I came to see you I asked basic questions like do you have any thoughts about what the noise could be? The replys to my questions we're basically NO & your have to book the bike back in later in the year as it's a "WINTER" job as far as you were concerned. Since this visit I have taken my sons bike elsewhere & had the fault identified & repaired for a vastly lower cost than your starting price of £1000. Whilst this work was being carried out it was also discovered that the rear brake pads were down to just over 1mm & the rear wheel was out of alignment "your company fitted a new rear tyre" for the MOT & the chain was not at the correct tension 😳 along with being dry & links stiff "isn't the chain being inspected & or adjusted part of the service & also inspected along with brake pads & performance etc as part of the MOT they have been on my last two bike MOT'S" the garage who undertook the work also found a few other matters & all of these matters were found within A WEEK OF THE SERVICE & MOT & the bike being riden less than 20 miles. On a personal visit last year with a view to purchasing a brand new bike I found staff to be unhelpful, rude, unresponsive to my questions & was even told I didn't know what I was talking about. The result of that visit was my money was spent elsewhere with a company who took pride in their customer service & were interested in my questions & opinions so they got my £6k+ business. Between both my visit & subsequent visits on behalf of my son, who will now be using another business for servicing & or repairs resulted in my comment of & standing by will never return.

    Very efficient MoT. Slot booked for 1pm dropped bike off and all done within 30 mins Service is good and very friendly. Dropped bike here after a non starting problem. They fitted it in, fixed the problem and then kept it until i could collect
