Each time I have dealt with Lee who has been fantastic, this is a great independent store with excellent customer service. He even sorted me out with a 1st service that I missed. Bike-It save the day! I turned up first thing on a Monday morning with a half broken chain link. I was one day into a multi-day trip from Bristol to Southampton and the chain had been clinging on for a very nerve-wracking last few miles. Despite a queue of customers out the door, dropping bikes off, Bike-It replaced my chain within half an hour and had me back on the trail. They took the time to explain everything to me and completed the repair for what I thought was a very good price. Absolutely great attitude and top service. I wouldn’t hesitate to rely on them again in future. Many thanks!

I asked Lee if he could put some more gears on my winter bike, it’s about 7 years old. We looked at how much a new bike would cost, by doing my older bike up, well it has been so worth it. Lee is amazing, he has replaced all the components to add meany more gears ! It is everything I ask for and more!!! The bike is fantastic, it rides like my summer bike not quite as good but 100% better. Lee is fantastic and knowledgeable, and offers a first class service five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anybody thinking of buying a new bike from Lee at bike-it, I 100% recommended Lee and his team 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Because I have been buying all my bikes from Lee for years Thanks Lee

Bike broke during our tour. Could not believe our luck to find Bike It was only 5 minutes away. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and the shop was packed. Lee, the owner, was super friendly and attentive with everyone. He served the customers who were ahead of us and rather than close on time, he stayed and serviced my bike which saved our touring trip entirely. Bike is riding better than ever. Wish this was my local bike shop!

We went to the shop yesterday on the off chance of them selling a bmx, anyway I ended up buying a mountain bike.
