Friendly and helpful service and full clean up of my bike and new parts installed, including some re-used which is helping to extend the life of parts and my bike! They were cheaper than buying new too and everything is slick and working well. Nice work!

Interesting to see in the photo's you have the 'bike locking station' outside in full view, more often than not these 'pro bike' people park a white van in front of it, of all things :) which firstly blocks any hope of spotting it as one approaches the entrance looking to lock a bike, previously i thought there's no bike locking bit and found a railing to lock it before spotting it behind the van as i entered the store, even if you do happen to see it, it's almost impossible getting the bike rotated and locked in the way it should go in. It makes no sense whatsoever to have that facility and not show it off to people in a inviting way, instead seeing fit to park a van in front of it most of the opening hours, previously i commented in store about it and got a frosty reception, they said we park there to unload goods etc, well guess what you can move it once you have. It's complete and utter laziness, favouring convenience for themselves and the duties they undertake in the workplace rather than visiting cyclists. A guy came out wearing a hat and spectacles & said you can bring it in store and lock it up hahaha so what is that outside bit for then? Parking vans? He followed it with a sarcastic comment about good luck writing a review. Weak sauce. I don't think so somehow. I mean talk about the blind leading the blind. Pro bikes, yeah sure. White van men more like in essence the natural enemy of the cyclist, poor driving habits and in this particular case poor and lazy parking habits. Well done Bike for Good. More like Van for Good. Watch for it as you visit this store. :-)

Booked a fix your own bike session. The team was incredibly friendly and Stewart helped me fix my bike independently and shared his knowledge with me. Thank you again.
