A friendly community athletic club with a full suite of track and field disciplines for adults and children alike, but also a thriving road running community to take part in if track and field isn't quite your thing. Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the track is simply fantastic, having been recently refurbished. Classes start as young as 8 years so is a great way for kids to get more exercise. Highly recommended.
