    Don't bother using this company. Was promised a next day delivery if I ordered before 2pm. Didn't arrive the next day. Arrived 5 days later and was missing half of the parts. Save your money and go elsewhere as you will be wasting your time with this lot.

    I felt I should write to congratulate big dug on the service I received. I experienced a difficulty on delivery, which transpired may have been my fault on placing the order. I had an email dialog with customer services and in particular Jakob Brown. Who had the training and presence of mind to raise the issues with senior management. The result being that what potentially could have been a very difficult situation was swiftly resolved. So in conclusion may I congratulate Big Dug on their training and management that allowed Jakob to make a decision to the betterment of both his company and the customer. Well done and thank you.

    we ordered 3 workbenches which turned up a few days later. they were however missing the back legs. We informed BigDug who sent out legs but only emough for 2 work benches. They then told us that there was a 6-8 week wait on the legs for the other. we are now storing a useless workbench. they never mentioned this when we ordered the item . there has been no apology

    I ordered some shelving about a year ago but only went to assemble it recently. Some vital parts were missing and when I called I was told the unit was discontinued but the assistant said she would ask in the warehouse if they did she would send them out to me. They arrived today and I would like to say Thank you

    2 stars based on they have a good online store with lots of items and easy to purchase. When the goods arrive, they are sometimes damaged... this has happened 2 times now. Thoer customer service is not really helpful, they are limited to what they can see on the PC and don't really have am answer for most things

    Advertised “ramps” (plural) with photos depicting 2 ramps - they looked like a competitively priced product. And for their advertised use why would you order only 1? Down the webpage after the order form at the bottom of the spec sheet it says sold individually!!! I only discovered this after ordering what I thought was a pair only to find out once delivered it was a grossly over priced single ramp. When I requested collection and refund and a subsequent explanation of why there’s a 20% difference between private and business customers to restock this item, I found big dug most unhelpful. I did however find out from trading standards that big dug can charge businesses a 30% restock fee because business customers pretty much have no rights in consumer law. The whole episode has left me extremely frustrated, over £70 lighter and little wiser in as much there is another company out there willing happily use the law to screw you. I wouldn’t recommend this company or this product. They need to be clearer from the outset that units are sold individually.

    Placed an order, which came on a pallet and could only be delivered road side at that specific time. The item turned out to be the one I didn't want as a choice of 2. The wording for each different style must be a common mistake checkers (round as you'd think) and studded protruding out. For security had to move the items inside or guarantee to be stolen and when contacting them about the issue. The item needs to be in original packaging with a 10% restocking fee. It doesn't actually cost a thing to restock items and should be a straight switch.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We purchased some work benches from them via a supplier. We were told they were out of stock and we had to wait which was fine, then the day later the benches were delivered, parts were damaged and some parts missing. We requested from the supplier that we just needed the parts replacing and instead they sent us the tables again? So we were stuck with boxes and boxes of table parts that we didn't need or ask for, they arranged collection without giving us any notice so the collection was missed. They then arranged another collection and the parts were taken. We are now being told that they did not arrange the collection and accusing us to stealing the tables! We are now being charged for the tables! Something makes me think they did this on purpose and were just trying to charge us for the new tables. TOTAL CON OF A COMPANY AND WE ARE STUCK WITH TWO BADLY MADE TABLES THAT WE HAVE HAD TO PAY DOUBLE FOR!
