I’m new to putting things into self storage, so it was with a little trepidation that I rang Big Yellow, Watford. I needn’t have been nervous. I talked to Mark on the phone who was remarkably charming as he took me through how it all works. Then, on the day I bought in my first pallet-load, Learna greeted me and made me feel right at home as she showed me around and walked me through what to do. There was I thinking it would all be a bit tricky. But Mark and Learna showed me it’s all quite easy - and, even, fun!

Had a problem with my storage unit padlock, had a fault and key not working. Spoke with Learna at reception and she was a star, so helpful assured me they could help, not to worry.
