Where do I start.... I am relocating from Geneva, Switzerland back to the UK permanently. I wasted an entire 3 months calling some of the Big guns, like Vanguard and others. Simply impossible to pre-reserve, in advance (5 months) a 50sq ft room. Endless calls and emails for two long months. Within 24 hrs, literally, a customer support advisor, Antoni simply was on the case. Helpful, efficient, understanding, explains patiently every step of the process, and accommodates to your situation. The follow up phone calls are as promised, and confirmation emails as well. Excellent coordination with the branch office in Ealing. It really is a 10/10 all round service and deserves more than five stars. When moving, it is stressful enough and from another country even more so. THANK YOU.
