The customer service by the team was absolutely brilliant. Joe went the extra mile and was super helpful with the entire process; I went in as representative of my company, and some of the documentation was still missing. He was super patient and supportive by going into detail on what was needed and making the wait very pleasant, willing to help and make the check-in process as smooth as possible. I was kindly greeted by Omar who even offered a hot drink (very much needed after 1 hour cycling in the cold). Gary, the manager, came to say hi and welcome us after having done the check-in while we were unloading the boxes into the storage room. He was also super helpful during the booking process and followed up at all times to make sure I was well briefed on next steps. Mahfuz was helping another customer at the moment but was also super friendly with us, and remembered my colleague from his last time there! Definitely 10/10, I wished we could encounter more people like them around :)
