Amazing customer service, the initial phone call with Callum was very helpful. Room sizes were explained and at no point did they push me for a more expensive option, they actually told me I'd asked for too big a space. Check in process was very informative, they couldn't have done much more. I used the extended access hours as well and this was well explained and easy to use. Whenever I called I got straight through to an actual person on reception as well. Highly recommended.
