3 years ago I put my things into storage due to covid and Marie was absolutely amazing through the whole process. From accepting and helping us with the delivery of our things to 3 years later when we arrived back into the UK to send everything back to Australia. I cannot recommend Gloucester Big Yellow enough (clean facilities, easy to access etc), and Marie is an absolute superstar. Thank you for making everything just so easy.

Neil, Marie and Mo always make time to say hello when I’m in and out each day, they make a fab cup of tea and are all just so nice and approachable. They are very prompt and efficient when informing me I have a delivery and even take time to help me take pallets to my room.
