I was making an enquiry about a storage locker. I have previous experience of Big Yellow Storage in Cardiff. They seem to be a good company to storey ouf stuff with especially as you can take advantage of the reduced rate for the first 8 weeks which is pretty standard these days for self storage. I asked if it is OK to move your stuff out with a weeks notice after 7/8 weeks then move it somewhere else for another half price deal. They said that's fine.

I have removed my belongings from their storage room in the beginning of April! They promised a refund, but it never happened. I had to chase them 11 times on phone, and I end up needing legal help. Do not use this company! They seal your money!
