Both her and Paula are a credit to the company and the welcome you receive from them is beautiful.     Let's be clear. I haven't rented a space here. However, I am impressed with the customer service hence the review. I called on Saturday morning to find out if they have any packaging boxes available and was greeted fondly by Mark (or Marcus? Sorry!!!) He had a great sense of humour and gave me a quick breakdown as well as prices. I made my way over in 15 mins and met him at the reception. Gave me all the information quickly and efficiently as well as enjoying a good joke or two in-between. No rush service, offered to show me units to gauge sizes and helped me load the boxes into my car. I asked him to email me a breakdown of our conversation and before I had arrived home I had a complete quote and full cost breakdown in my inbox. Thank you for making a stressful Saturday less stressful! Keep up the good work and keep smiling. Now you're probably wondering why there are only 4 stars? Well, I might be a little picky here but they charge extra for out of hours entry. Although this was broken down in the email, I still think it's a bit much to ask for additional charges when other places are similarly priced and provide 24 hour access. Maybe that's just me. Also I couldn't really give 5 stars because I haven't rented a unit here so I don't know what that experience is like.
