    A little short on the opening hours - given others like Attic over the road offer 24hr access as default. Seems slightly more expensive overall. Also, there's no way of retrieving your individual terms & conditions like the length of cancellation notice you should give. In fact, the entire extent of the online portal is a green indicator to show your account is valid - nothing there to give notice or check any further details. The main customer service number is a god-send, should the staff decide they're not answering calls for the last half hour and you need to extend your access hours for instance. Very helpful and able to provide instant resolutions to most queries as they can centrally manage accounts, payments, access codes, times & restrictions in a flash.
