    Called to That garage as I needed a minor body repair job. When I arrived, I was totally ignored by Richard, the owner as he carried out pretending he is busy doing nothing. When I spoke to him about the damage, he didn't even bothered to look at the damage and quoted unrealistic figure. He made me feel totally unwelcomed by his rather gruff manner. I drove away wondering what's the hell is wrong with him.
