    Bought a campervan end of January and not been able to use it as there are so many issues. Was supposed to be collected yesterday to be taken in to be fixed again for the 3rd time and they didn't turn up. So i still have a van I can't use. They ignore emails and phone calls. Biggest mistake I made buying from here, I was practically escorted from the premises as soon as they had my money! Edit,Van returned for the 3rd time came back with further issues, told I can take it back for them to fix again but how many more times do I have to keep returning it before I get what I paid for and was promised. Asked for manager to call me as they ignore emails and phone calls, finally told someone will call me back over a week ago, still waiting. After sales is poor, communication poor, customer service poor. Stay away! It’s not worth the hassle, they promised dreams but sold nightmares!

    After lots of searching for our camper we came across Bigwave campers, we choose all the interior and details for the exterior exactly as we wanted. Although we didn’t get the colour roof we ordered everything else inside and out was just perfect and excellent quality. We have already been for a long weekend in it and had a fantastic time. Would recommend Bigwave. Thank you to all the team at Coventry 😊

    Poor performance from the start, no paperwork handed out. Van was not valeted for collection, engine rattled and had clearly not been checked by a proper mechanic. Awful customer service. I paid a deposit at the start and now they are refusing to give me my money back. Absolutely shocking… STAY AWAY!!! There are far better conversion companies out there.

    Booked into Big wave campers for a full fit out, got home and thought id google them as a friend recommended them. OMG I thought what have I done. After going back down to the factory and seeing my van being worked on I was more then happy. Anyway collected my T6 and I'm over the moon with it, what a transformation I love it.     I bought a van from these cowboys and lived to regret it. Shoddy conversion work, cheap nasty unsafe bed, electrics like spaghetti! But worst of all the gas install was unsafe without a single drop out installed throughout the van. This is essential if there was a gas leak enabling gas to escape through the floor. I had a "safety certificate" included which had been signed off by "The caravan man". I contacted "the caravan man"directly and he told me he had never set eyes on the van and rectified the problem immediately. Beware people, these people are conmen! Especially Andrew the boss who openly said to me " we will do anything to get your money" I should have run a mile!
