When i use a company, i'm happy to stop using them if they are to expensive or a poor attitude. I cant recommend this company enough. Ive been using them for years, their prices are are very fair. More importantly for me is your not just money to them. Their customer service is 10/10 lovely people, far and few nowadays

i swear im not heard in this place i paid £21 for prints that i asked to be to the edge and they cant say i didnt say it as 4 of them were done like this on the card, this is not the first time this has happened either i always ask to the edge so this shouldnt be a thing that is so hard to comprehend, the majority of prints are now in the bin as i cant use them and as i only get £60 a week this is a major hit to my income they turn round and tell me that the prints i want will £2 each as i had 50 to print but thats a slight jump in price from 55p and they didnt email or phone me before hand even thou they have both of these details, if they had maybe i could of slimmed it down a bit but they just went ahead and made me pay for it im sick and tired of this as i always say the same but as always i am not heard, so im going to have to find somewhere else to go but as i walk everywhere this will be difficult Edited - I never said I was banned from other printers, I said I had no access to the library and problems with my own printer which I had shown you, further proof you do not listen, you refused to listen upon me discussing it in shop saying if we had done them all it would of been £2 each for a piece of paper (cheaper to buy my own printer) so why would I do anything else other than leave this review, you went ahead on your own volition and when a customer makes a request it should be done to those specifications, you had the means of contacting me but failed to do so, again you could of with my details in shop, you had already quoted a prior price for prints and changed it for REASONS, then you attack me with your reply by insulting me And this review is based on your actions not mine and disclosing facts you have been told is rather unprofessional Furthermore if you don't like a negative review, maybe do the job that was requested to do in the first place as it was a verbal contract and I wasn't obligated to pay for a single print you did as it was not as requested and if it would of been it would of been quadruple the price If I could give you 0 stars I would
