We bought a Big Green Egg since friends raved about them. They are definitely a superior way of BBQing, and since they are made of ceramic will last forever. We are total converts to Big Green Eggs - they are so brilliant for Steaks/ Pizzas/ Slow cooks like pulled pork/ we even smoke salmon and bake chillis and breakfast dishes.
