Unbelievable attitude shown from the waitress and the manager. Myself and my partner ordered 2 steaks medium rare, both came medium well done. After notifying the waitress she took the steaks to be re-cooked leaving chips on the table to get cold. Shortly after she returned to tell myself and my partner that we were wrong, the steaks were perfectly cooked and that we cut them on the outside even though they were cut in the middle. Shortly after this the manager came to our table to tell us a second time we were wrong and that it's 'common sense to cut a steak in the middle to see how it's cooked' which again we told them we did. After this we left. Appauling service and disgusting attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid!!!!

I've been to big easy lots of times in multiple locations. This time we decided to go for the mixed platter starter. Priced just short of £30 I was expecting big things. Big easy should be embarrassed at what they served up. The portion wouldn't have even fed a few children. We sent the wings back and our mains came over wrong. Further shame should come from the fact that they laced the platter in prawn crackers. What a load of rubbish.

Not sure why they have 3.3 stars! The place was nice, the food was amazing and matthew the waiter was supper attentive and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than other chains around but its totally worth paying.

Ask foe medium well steak but came rare. By time time they cook me another steak food was cold and steak was so over cooked it was like rubber. I took it home for my cats. The staff was weirdest people. Wont be going back

The food is very good and there's plenty of it. The cocktails are also very nice and decently strong. However, the service seems very disorganised, which is shame. There seemed to be live music playing, which wasn't terrible, and a nice change from the typical generic music you find in most restaurants. So, it is very disappointing that we have to agree with a lot of the reviews on here. We were still eating our starters when the young lad brought out our main courses and just stood there as if it was our fault for not having finished quicker. We noticed a few tables sending food back and at one point the same young waiter admitted to a customer on a nearby table that they stopped doing a particular sauce because they had complaints about it! We like this chain and the food was very nice but for a branch in such a presumably busy and expensive location the staff were pretty bad. We had 4 different people bring us our food and drinks, so how they can expect any kind of consistency. On a final note, the woman that initially took our orders and the dude who oversaw the final part of our meal were ok and at least professional.

Lunch today. Well I’ve had bigger gambas than the lobster that I got today. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice. But the food wasn’t what we expected. How pleased are we that this was our taster lunch, as we were looking for a large party booking. Not now. Kid-friendliness: Great staff, food is disappointing.
