Hardly any suits in stock. Very dissapointed in choice and size. If you are 7ft tall with a 70 inch waist you are in luck. But short and fat don't bother. Bought a couple if bits which were a compromise really .and a pair of shoes that I didn't realise were 60 quid until I looked at the receipt.but hey ho.not the shop I've used for over 15yrs I'm afraid.

Well I went in there yesterday Matt wasn’t in but Debs was she is always friendly and tries to help but what I saw wasn’t nice I walked out and watched from outside wow she took a lot from who ever was having a go I love going in to see the staff but yesterday was not nice at all I do believe I see her crying when she was outside I didn’t want to walk up and embarrass her but I was tempted to go in store and have a go at the bully but thought twice as I didn’t want any back lash on the staff like arnie said I will be back to see them soon

I usally enjoy this place but today I spent 1hr in traffic to come to the shop for it to be closed its 4.30 and the sign and Google say their open to 5pm this is unacceptable if u say ur open u have to be open such a waste of my time and fuel to add to this it's happened many more times don't both with this company not worth the hassle

Went to buy coat having checked Web sight tochech it was in stock. It was not and staff were very unhelpful. Went back home to Southend and checked Web again to find it still listed so had to open an account which was very repetitive and in all took nearly 15 mins to order it on line. This defeated the objective of trying it on for size.
