I recently had my first visit, opting for the 100 minute pregnancy massage, desperate for anything which could ease the aches and pains I've had in my pregnancy so far. I found Cath to be extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel very comfortable and at ease especially during the consultation. The massage itself was a full body massage including a facial and Indian head massage, with oils that had been created to suit the occasion and my personal tastes, mixed together in front of me. It made the whole massage feel even more special, having a bespoke blend just for me! The whole experience was really lovely and I left feeling renewed and refreshed. A week later I am still ache-free, with no sore shoulders or back pain. My pregnancy massage had a hugely positive effect on my body, and my mind too - having felt so much happier and more myself again since without those awful aches and pains. I'm so glad to have found Cath and Big Calm, and will definitely be booking in again both before my pregnancy ends and after!
