    I’ve had a few reflexology treatments with Marta and have recently ventured into Shiatsu massage. Both treatments have been beyond relaxing! Marta is so skilled in what she does and she has the most AMAZINGLY healing hands. She is so welcoming and has a real warm and calm energy about her. She spends time explaining what to expect from the treatments and we often end up chatting afterwards too so I never feel rushed. I would 100% recommend Marta, you won’t be disappointed.

    Marta gave me such a beautiful treatment. Before the treatment I was feeling overwhelmed and drained, and she made me feel re energised and so relaxed !! Her pressure is beyond perfect, and her techniques/touch are just incredible ! She even finished the treatment with some Shiatsu Techniques on the legs for even more grounding.     In 2013, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Since the winter of 2021, I've had flare ups and sought to seek an alternative treatment, in addition to my medical treatment. I wanted to try and do everything from my side to stay healthy, as I had to wait months to get an appointment to go see the doctors at the hospital again. This is when I came across Marta, and she has been absolutely fabulous since I started working with her in early 2022. She really takes the time to understand what issues you might be having, and tries to help you in the best possible way. She is never in a rush, and makes the whole experience relaxing from the moment you step through the doors. When she performs reflexology, I can actually feel the parts of the body that she works on. i.e. my stomach. And she is very thorough and knowledgeable in reflexology, and she is constantly learning new techniques to genuinely have a positive impact on the lives of those that go see her. Since I began these sessions, my flare ups have settled down, and even my doctors were surprised as this is the first time this has happened without any medical intervention. I'm definitely going to carry on using reflexology as a maintenance therapy in addition to my normal medical treatment, and Marta Eva is the perfect person help me with this! I would highly recommend this if you suffer from UC like me, or you have any other forms of IBD! Definitely try it out, especially if you're skeptical. It works
