We used Big Bear for about 6 weeks when we moved into Bishops Stortford from London. The facilities are immaculate, we were so pleased with the experience. We walked in with no pre-booking, got shown size options and signed the contract on the spot. There are various trolleys available to use and the team that works there was so helpful onsite and through email communication. We would recommend this storage company to anyone in the area!
