  After searching online for bi-fold doors and speaking to several vendors we luckily got in touch with Bifold Door Factory. Their quote was far more reasonable than any others that we had spoken to. Also they were one of the very few companies that offered us the latest Schuco doors. The doors were installed earlier this week and I must say they look really beautiful! Yuri and Michael did a fantastic job installing the doors and were extremely professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very patient with us, explaining how to open and close the doors and how to maintain them. We are extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Bifold Door Factory.

  Bifold Door Factory installed my bifolding door, front door, sliding doors and kitchen door. The process was easy. It was very cost effective and great value for money. The installers were friendly and knew what they were doing and the management are clear to communicate and responsive. Will be using again for sure 😁

  I embarked on an extension and knew i wanted bi fold doors. I searched the internet for showrooms so i could touch and feel the end product. Bi fold was the third place and the Shuco door seemed to be what I was looking for. the visit was well managed with Sam who walked us through all aspects of the doors and took all sorts of questions from me when deciding the product. I took a quote and after a bit more research into this company, the reviews I read seemed to justify me placing an order. they asked for a very reasonable deposit and due to unknown circumstances, my build was put back by 8 months but Sam was kind enough to hold on and wait for me to give the go ahead. i maintained regular contact and Sam was very good. Jelly and Gabi came to fit and both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and i left them alone only checking in once in a while to see my new door being fitted. i cannot fault Jelly for his engjususm and Gabi for his professionalism. the installation complete and shown how to operate. i am very glad i found these guys and i’m glad i placed the order here. friends and family have seen the door and my builder was so impressed , he said he can see the quality in the doors. for someone having used one guy for 15 years, i think he has found a new supplier. i am very happy to provide this honest review and can vouch that based on my experience. very good.

  What a pleasure it has been to deal with Bifold Door Factory, we are so glad we decided to proceed with placing our order with this company. My initial contact was with Sam (Sales Team), from the onset he was so helpful and covered all my questions very professionally and was able to provide a quote promptly. From initial quote there were changes to requirements and Sam was very helpful in providing amended quotes. We made an initial visit to the showroom and met with Sam, Dean (Head of Sales) and also Harj one of the Company Directors and we were completely impressed with not only the product we wanted to order but the level of advice and service that was provided to us during this visit. We were not rushed and spent a lot of time on site where all our questions were answered and we were shown around the manufacturing site. Our order was fairly extensive as we had various sized windows and bifold doors for both house and garage as well as full double height glass curtain walling with a large door installation. There were multiple aspects that they needed to deal with and take into consideration when manufacturing our order and they have done a great job of doing this. Dean overlooked all aspects post manufacturing and was always available over the phone to discuss any pre-survey queries we had and was also happy to offer the best advice to us. Our survey was done by Gurpreet and even though it did take time due to the many openings and variation of windows/ doors he was very professional and ensured the openings were suitable for install and offered advice of action needed if there were some defects to ensure on day of installation all would run smoothly. A second site visit was carried out by Sam, Gurpreet, Dean and Harj so they could all familiarise themselves with the project and double check all measurements and the curtain walling install was discussed in more detail. This was a level of service way beyond our expectations and was very reassuring that this company, its owners and staff take pride in their installations and provide a personal service to their clients. At manufacturing stage Harj kept us informed of all progress and he was able to have the order ready within the agreed timescales so there were no delays and expectations were met. On first day of installation the team arrived on time and were extremely strategic in organising themselves and worked throughout the project with ease and confidence. The fitters Gopi and Happy worked on site throughout the whole project, it was clear they were professional at what they did and had a very clear and exceptional knowledge of fitting the windows, bifold doors and glass. The fitting of the two storey glass curtain walling was a huge task and needed a great deal of patience and experience to fit, both Gopi and Happy handled this as best as they could and overcame any issues involved with this. Throughout the fitting process both Gopi and Happy worked hard and only left at the end of the day once they were meeting their schedule or any unforeseen issues had been rectified. They were a pleasure to have on site and were always willing to carry out any amendments that were required. There have been some unforeseen issues along the way and this has resulted in some extra visits but Harj has dealt with this as quickly as possible to cause minimum disruption/delay to us, there is still some work left in progress but with an order to this scale the odd hiccup was expected and it has been positive that we chose a company that was happy to work with us to get matters back on track and not ignore them as this whole project was about finer detail. Overall I would highly recommend Bifold Door Factory and would most certainly use them again on any future projects. They are a family run business who take pride on the quality of their products, the service they provide and will try their very best to address any issues on the job. They provide you with high quality products and the level of service provided is beyond expectations.

  From the start of this process the company has been excellent to deal with.We contacted Deepak to order the windows which were received in a timely manner and installed by Jelly and Vitali on a Sunday. The installers could not have been more helpful or more efficient ensuring the timings suited us.They were fastidious in their attention to detail and could not have been more helpful.A very thorough professional job,I would have no hesitation in recommending them.Well done and thank you.
