Stay clear promised me for over a month they would collect my bin but never turned up. Then it took 3 weeks for them to collect the empty bin. They tried charging for 4 collections that never happened. Then charged me 10 pound to collect my bin but all they did was pushed it across the road because they took the wrong bin 2 weeks earlier. I Called fletchers waste in Sheffield they came the next day and dropped me my new bin off they have been every week since to collect it cheaper and no hassle top service. Stay clear of biffa waste usless is a compliment to there services. please don't put your self threw it. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Hi guys , never use this company, biggest thieves in sheffield , took £1000 within 4 weeks and when we ask why they say I don’t know , absolutely appalled by the amount they have taken , they didn’t even warn us about the fact that they take extra money for how heavy the waste is , never use this company , awful customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH BIFFA , these people have in 9months doubled the prices off our bins ......!!!! And think it's fine to do so .......!!!!!! These are a large business and are take small business out !!!!! Stay away and look at other companies around you before even signing with these people ....!!!!! These people are not fair in business and shouldn't be trading .....!!!!!!
