    I have been chasing Biffa for two weeks to get my bins emptied. They haven’t turned up for numerous reasons and they promised me that it would be emptied this morning (again). To call up and they have explained “the driver did not have enough time to empty your bin today”. It’s beyond a joke and it’s having a huge impact on my business. They are now saying the earliest they can come is Monday (Thursday today). It’s a busy takeaway and the neighbours are already very upset about the state of the overflow on the bins. My advice would be DO NOT USE BIFFA, they don’t care about your business or your views and it’s all completely on their terms! ZERO STAR!

    The worst company I have ever dealt with!! Avoid at all costs!! Started on a contract fortnightly collection for £36 a month since the first two payments it has increased to now £70 a month it’s never the same just increases every month and I only signed up 2 year ago. The first 2 month they didn’t collect as they didn’t know where my bin was yet they collected the bin next to it (another business) absolutely shocking customer service not helpful what so ever Iv had nothing but a bad experience with this company!! I’m now tied into a contract which has double because it rolls over each year so they have me by the balls !!!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star (BRIGHOUSE DEPO) Service: Trash removal & disposal
