Utterly terrible company to deal with. No customer service. The phone number doesn't work and the never reply to any form of correspondence. Have told them I changed address more than 20 times and amended my account and they still charge me and send it to my old address. Next day delivery is a bit of a joke as well. Avoid at all cost.

Purchased 2 products last Thursday costing £60. Delivery was supposed to be next day. I had a day off work and waited all day. Then waited all day Saturday, still no delivery. Have emailed to ask where delivery is and no reply. Yodel tracking states “parcel will be with them soon” and has said that since Thursday night. Getting worried as one is a Birthday present for Thursday and one is for Father’s Day. Not a happy customer but hope that they sort this on Monday.

My wife ordered an IPA box for a birthday present for me. The box contained a few supermarket Lagers instead of the advertised IPAs and the three tubs of nuts that were supposed to be different flavours but were all the same flavour in box. They also forgot to include the birthday message/note that was supposed to have been in the box. When contacted customer support, they said "read the small print", they are free to substitute beers when not in stock. I understand substitutions are sometimes inevitable but replacing supermarket Lagers in a craft IPA Box is unacceptable. We were offered us a £5 voucher towards another box for an apology...no thank you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Have ordered a few times with Bier Nuts with no problems at all with dispatch or delivery. The only thing I have noted is that the nuts have been the same flavour rather than what was described when I ordered. The Valentines package was great but the glass with the printed wording on it half of it was missing so looked a bit naff - hence 4 stars
