Somehow managed to delete my review a couple of weeks ago.. any reason why please? What a disaster! I have been dwelling on reviewing Bidnamic online for the best part of 9 months. Mainly because of the sour taste it has left in my mouth and the disastrous impact it had on the management of my PPC it practically ended our business inside a month after building up something special over 4 years on my own. Going from what was healthy ROAS on £500 per day of 10x to a spend of £12'222.09 and returning £18'330.52 over a month crippled us. Consistently we achieved sales in excess of £175'000 each month for 13 months in a row. We lost our staff, 2 main suppliers because of our dramatic loss of sales, they did not want to know us anymore and shut down our accounts losing access to over 2000 SKUs. A loss of revenue in excess of £250'000 between March 9th and April 9th 2022 during what is historically the busiest time for our industry practically killed everything I worked tirelessly for. How an account managed by one person achieving the sales it did could be dramatically killed is something I have never witnessed. And by a company that I trusted. I documented this with you during that period with PDFs and screenshots which I still have filed for anyone that wants to see the evidence and then a conversation I had with you in September 2022. I have sat quietly for too long. Why should I keep quiet after my business came crashing down like a deck of cards. It comes down to the shocking performance. Now a company like Bidnamic might think that £250'000 is a drop in the ocean. To me it was a loss of a whole team I made over 4 years, a closure of an office, a loss of a business and months of torment and unrest which has caused sleepless nights and health worries. A complete disaster. I wish I could turn back the clock and never opened the initial email. My life would have still been worth living. If anyone wants to see the results and concerns I kept raising please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
