Went in to have my brakes tightened a bit. They tried to fool me into buying or getting lots of other unnecessary work done. When I insisted on just tightening the brakes, they told me it will cost me 39£. When I refused and started to leave, they threatened me that once I leave I can't return. PS - had my brakes repaired for FREE another place.

I wish I’ve read the reviews first. The guy serving me wasn’t listening, was arrogant, rude, patronising. He sold me a part which wasn’t correct (this got confirmed in another shop) but as I’ve been given no receipt he refused to give a refund. I showed him pictures of the part fitted, but he wouldn’t look at it just said he will fit it himself and it doesn’t work because I’m incompetent. My gut feeling was simply not to let him touch the bike at all. Avoid.

I LOVE this shop! Lucian is an incredible mechanic, works so hard and gets things working super top notch in a very quick time frame. I’ve had my bike serviced twice there and it comes out feeling completely new, everything is tight, rattling fixed, parts replaced perfectly. 100% recommend; great value, top notch service and friendly staff.
