Excellent customer service, very friendly and very helpful Mr Shane, to whom I send my kindest regards. I bought a Fiido T1 Pro and I appreciate all the support given on this purchase! All the success to this company! On the 18th o May, I changed my T1 Pro for a road-legal ADO A20F XE because this one fits better my rides in central London and the T1 Pro is great but too heavy and more suitable for off-road! Mr Shane is amazing we did the swap, we settled the account and at the moment I'm very happy with my new bike. Great customer service, very professional. Special thanks to Miss Lucy and the great atmosphere at the shop!

I just moved from the USA and needed to buy my first E bike to get around London. I almost bought from Ebay but you can't return for service or issues if the seller is not close. I found the same bike I was looking for at Bicycle Land via Google Maps, that I wanted from Ebay. I got a better price, warranty, and an authorized service tech shop all in one stop! I just ordered it online and collected in person. After a quick instruction from Shane the Field Tech, I was on my way! The process took all of about 25 minutes to complete. I would definitely recommend Bicycle Land for purchases and services! I learned that they also repair electric scooters as well, talk about an all inclusive business!! This firm is great, I ordered a cycle but then my car threw a clutch, and needed the money to repair the car which meant I had to cancel the order, I had previously had to work the delivery around my wife booking two trips away and Lucy worked hard to find a way around those dates. I feel bad about having to cancel but the car had to come first. Many thanks Lucy and Bicycle land.

Very good waterproof e-bike ADO A20XE: - the price is right; - assisted mode is helping me to cycle easily on the road traffic with 22-25 km/hour; - it needs about 1 kilowatt/100 km(35km/charge) in assisted mode since the first pedal on uneven asphalt(next to the kerb) with my 75 kg and the light is on.
