Had to return my tyre due to inner tube being damaged once I’d got it home. Took it back and got charged extortionate prices for fixing two spokes, £31 to fix. On top of £14 for an inner tube… which is ridiculous. May as well get a new bike if anything goes wrong for some of these prices… or go to a chain. Disappointing.

Wonderful customer service, fair prices and speedy, high quality work. I took my bike here one day after work as I had a bad puncture and flat tyre. Although they weren't taking any more walk-ins, they were kind enough to keep my bike in the shop overnight so it would be ready for me to collect the next day. They even cleaned up my bike a bit and tightened my brakes for free. Would highly recommend, thank you Bicycle Garage! :)
