Still an ok place to eat get gift ideas and look at the plants. Only thing that could be improved is the acknowledgement of customers when they arrived waiting to be seated. More than one noted that we all looked at then ignored.

Myself and my wife went to the cafe today and had a lovely meal but the icing on the cake was the service from the staff and one member in particular. I believe his name is Chris. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and served us with nothing but politeness and a smile. He made sure we had everything that we needed and tended to our needs. He is a real asset to bickerdickes and i hope the owners realise that. I will always look forward to visiting the cafe if everything experience is like this one. I can't thank him enough.
