    Cannot seem to get any response at all. For the third time now voice says my call is very important, and my call should be answered in approximately 5 minutes. 45 minutes later voice says my call should be answered in approximately 10 minutes. Go figure. Have sent e-mail, no response. What am I supposed to do ?????

    A campaign can't be this dirty and a money trap. If you're going to buy a boiler from here, think 10 times, don't be fooled by its cheap price, both the staff and the boiler are terrible, they will never help you on the phone

    I wish I could choose zero star! I’m a gas engineer and wel’ll never ever install Biasi boilers again. This boiler brings your reputation down big times! We have a big group of engineers on Facebook and whatsapp and pass informations to each others, nobody will install Biasi boiler in our group anymore,everybody’s unhappy about it. Biasi is aware of ER01 Error code but doesn’t want to improve their product.Why should engineers and customers ring you all the time about this problems?!! Why should people be without hot water and heating soon after installing Biasi boiler?!! This is not acceptable so the best thing is to: STAY AWAY FROM BIASI

    Hate this boiler. Less than two years old and ALWAYS conking out - have to turn it off for 5 minutes before re-starting it and then it only fires up once in 3 attempts. No doubt customer service will give a "smart" reply - but it is an awful product nonetheless. Further edit: Thanks for your reply but it is now in the bin where it belongs. Plumbers please note - you harm your reputation by recommending this boiler

    Tried contacting the 2 biasi recommended engineers in my region(West Midlands), one does not ever answer the phone the other is 45mins away, you may say that's not Bias's fault, however we are in the Midlands(middle of the country, surely if Biasi wished to build an approved network they could), keep this in mind when purchasing a boiler

    The boiler is pants! Had it for 3 years and had to call engineers out once a year. That's what you get for going cheap I guess. Customer service however are perfectly nice every time I've called. Don't always get what I want from the calls but they are polite, friendly and helpful. Also not sure why people expect to have an engineer out to them within 24hrs unless they are paying for such a service. The product is rubbish yes but what company has a army of engineers on stand by to be dispatched within the hr? Cold water and no heating for a day or two isn't going to do most people much harm!!

    Brand New Boiler didn't work at All had new boiler installed 2 and half weeks ago didn't even work for a day, engineer came in done half of the job, and advised rest Installer will do which he couldn't, its been more than 2 weeks no heating no hot water, called them to Friday and got told that they cant do any thing before Monday or Tuesday. Today is Monday no call nd no one turned up. Worst customer service stay away invest your hard earn money some where else.

    Our boiler is less than 2 months old. While trying to have a shower the water suddenly went cold. Upon investigation the boiling displays a spanner, Er, and number 14. On Google this error message is a fault with the pump. So being as its under warranty I rang customer service and was advised an engineer will call me back. Got a call 90 minutes later, to be advised that an engineer would try to be out Monday if not Tuesday and would call 1 hour prior to arrival. Explain to me how you expect a house to run without hot water and heating for over 48 maybe in 72 hours?!
