This place has two signs with 'BIA'. Both are different colours it's really hard to see. There is parking in a side alley that leads to the rear again. The signage is in a really bad view, and you must sign you're vehicle in.

Fantastic venue for all occasions. Attended a furneral on 21/4/2023 with over 750 attendees. Venue comfortable, clean, well ventilated. Worth every penny. Put some of London's overpriced venues to shame. Well done to the owners.

The management & staff were very supportive & accomodating towards my requests so on that basis I would recommend. The hall is quite sizeable as well seats around 600, this was a Godsend for me as I had more than I was expecting turned out for my function there.
