a couple of the machines werent working, no staff around to help those struggling to work out how to use them either, considering its £4 for 15mins you'd expect someone on hand to help. Unfortunately there is no other choicfoe drop off unless you want a mission of a walk, could be much better (and free!)

Used it today as a electric car owner the drop off cost is reduced from £4 to £2 but the barrier would not accept this, furthermore the NCP staff member was rude & insisted on me paying £4 despite BHX own website stating otherwise, i'l jow dispute this with BHX head office as i use this airport regulary as a taxi driver. PS: Why are staff so rude, unhelpful & robotic, if you don't like your job go elsewhere & leave the rest off us in peace@
