Shocking service, Contacted in January 2023 after speaking, emailing and suppling the information requested. I was told it would be looked at by a solicitor and I would be contacted with details of how long they felt it would take and a estimated price guideline. No one even bothered to reply

Very happy with the service. I was a first time buyer and there was no chain on the house I purchased. I was advised from my agency (Nest) to choose this company to help with the legal aspect of buying a house. Told BHW that I needed the house ready the latest end of March as I needed to leave my rented house. Managed to have my offer accepter on the 17/12/22 and received my keys on the 3/3/23, so I could not be happier. Solicitors were always in touch with me to update my about the process and they also replied to queries very quickly. I do recommend them!

Guys make sure you tick that box with "no move no fee" otherwise they will charge you the full amount in case your sell or purchase fails through, which is unfair, they don't deserve that money but they will take you to court to be sure they will get it. Never ever again I will deal with this people.
