We used BHW for sale of our property and onwards purchase. Personally, the best thing is that you can ring the conveyancers directly and do not have to go through reception to have a message taken to be passed to the solicitor which we experienced with other solicitors and found very frustrating. We dealt with Chelsey and Nicola originally and then with Carys and Jennie who completed our sale/purchase process and they were excellent, especially Carys who we were hounding for updates multiple times a day on occasion due to a somewhat unresponsive/complicated chain below and she has always been most helpful and patient with us! Would highly recommend BHW.
