Guy over the phone sounded helpful and friendly, said he had the piece I was looking for. I drove half an hour to get there and what he offered me was broken in 3 areas not suitable to be used as it won't stay in place.. actually being worse then the one I needed to replace and charging for it. Amazed on how that could be sold out and not looking at the piece when he prepared the part to be collected. Waste of an hour drive and petrol. Bit annoyed.
